Victim Assistance Volunteer
Must complete intial volunteer training.
Background checks are completed on all prospective volunteers.
Once training is completed a victim assistance volunteer helps CTFS provide crisis intervention, information and referrals, medical and law enforcement accompaniment, etc. during non-business hours.
This type of volunteer provides services face-to-face in a safe environment.
