Hotline Volunteer
Initial volunteer training must be completed.
Background checks are completed on all prospective volunteers.
After training a hotline vounteer helps CTFS provide crisis intervention, information and referrals, etc. during non-business hours.
This type of volunteer provides services over the phone only.
