Full medical services, social services, psychological services, extensive training in grooming and hygiene, personal health care, clothing care, home maintenance, food preparation, money management, travel safety, leisure and recreational skills, pre-vocational skills. To qualify for services: the person must be 17 or older, have an IQ between 20 and 69, and function adaptively in the mild, moderate, or severe range. Cost: Most residents' fees are fully paid through Medicaid. Those receiving SSI or eligible for SSI are automatically financially eligible. No cost.
